Residential Renovation Project Manager Course
Everyone thinks it is easy but watch any half hour show and it is clear renovating property is a significant investment and there is too much at stake for owners to get it wrong.
Stagers are in a unique position to expand into this growing market. 2021 was an unprecedented year for the real estate market. “Seemingly overnight the average price of property has exceeded half a million dollars,” according to Global News. As a result, owners are stuck in what has been called a ‘housing gridlock’ which has prevented moves and spurred a growth in renovations.
For a decade Stagers have been in a unique position to guide their client’s renovation to maximize their ROI in the sale of property. Many have exposed themselves and their business to risk by not being 100% certain of their responsibilities, or how to interact with a site inspector, how to have contractors respect their skills and mainly how to price a project properly.
Whether a property is being flipped, readied for sale or improved for living, Stagers are in a unique place to add income to their bottom line. ..maybe you have worked in the field for years have experience but not credential….if so this is for you!
