Lynelle has participated in the building, growth and development of the staging industry since its infancy. Currently she is a Trainer for the Certified Staging Professional program. Lynelle's support and influence have helped make this state of the art program the best and most complete staging course available in the nation. Having both the training aspect and practical usage on a daily basis through her staging business, LH2 Staging Inc., makes her one of the best in the business.

Honed by a large variety of experiences and professions in the real estate industry, Lynelle has great depth and understanding of the staging and sales process. During her 10-year real estate career she specialized in relocation, and became keenly aware of the importance staging in showcasing the best features of a home.

Lynelle's experience is primarily in vacant homes, and mentors will learn how to choose the furnishings and accessories for each space. Additionally, they will learn the importance of packing correctly, how to hire and arrange for the additional help needed in staging vacants, furniture placement and spacial arrangement. Lynelle specializes in helping create an emotional connection to each space, and is passionate about mentoring others to give them the confidence toward a successful staging career.

Is Staging Certification Necessary?

The home staging industry is unregulated and there is no “governing and regulating association”. Don’t let this alarm or dissuade you from pursing your dream. The Home Inspection industry is non- regulated also, in fact many industries are rooted in non-regulation. What it means is simply anyone can say they are a stager and anyone can provide a training course, online or in person………….. without ever having staged a home! Shocking isn’t it? We believe as a new business starting out you need as much ammunition and information as possible to position you as an expert instead of a newbie. Certification for a stager is as vital as a license is to a real estate agent.
